Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy. Your data, on your side.

Written in plain language, not legalese. Last updated August 2026.

1. Who we are

Vinci is an AI native task app operated by Zettio Viinci Pvt Ltd, Delhi, India. This Privacy Policy is maintained by the Vinci team and explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, write to support@letsvinci.com.

2. What personal data we collect

  • Identity and contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
  • Address and location: pickup and drop addresses, and approximate or precise device location when you enable it for a task that needs it.
  • Payment details: transaction amounts, payment status and limited payment identifiers. Full card and bank credentials are handled by our payment gateway, not stored by us.
  • Chat messages with the Vinci AI assistant: the instructions, notes and attachments you send when asking Vinci to get something done.
  • Device and usage data: browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring links and in-product interactions collected through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity.

3. Why we collect it

  • Matching you with the right verified partner nearby.
  • Processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • Improving task matching, pricing accuracy and routing.
  • Customer support, dispute handling and safety checks.
  • Service updates about your tasks and your account.

4. Third parties we share data with

We share only what is needed, with:

  • Our payment gateway, to authorise and settle payments.
  • Task and delivery partners, who see only the details required to reach you and complete your run.
  • Analytics providers: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Infrastructure providers for hosting, messaging and email delivery.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity. These set cookies on your device and help us understand how the site is used.

Microsoft Clarity may also record on-site behaviour, including session recordings and heatmaps of clicks, scrolls and mouse movement. These recordings are used to diagnose problems and improve the product. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser opt-out add-on.

6. How long we retain data

We keep task details and chat history for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards where we need it for legal, tax, safety or support reasons. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention windows of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
  • Delete your account and associated personal data.
  • Withdraw consent for location or non essential messages.

Send your request to support@letsvinci.com from the email or phone number linked to your account. We respond within 30 days.

8. Grievance officer

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you can contact our Grievance Officer:

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we will flag it inside the app, email account holders where relevant, and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Vinci after that means you accept the updated policy.
